(Footpath 11, Gosfield, in the District of Braintree), (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement Temporary Prohibition of Use
To temporarily close part of Footpath 11, Gosfield, in the District of Braintree. From its {unction with A1017 Hedingham Road, heading westwards for approximately 166 metres, to where it meets the northern junction of Meadway.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 08 December 2021 to 08 June 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road while the construction of 35 Show Houses / Plots is undertaken.
The alternative route will be, via Hedingham Road at the junction with Footpath 11, heading in a southerly direction to an alley that heads westwards towards Chestnut Avenue, then head north along Chestnut Avenue, then west to join Meadway, then head north on Meadway to where it connects to Footpath 11, and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 08 December 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.

(Twinstead Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Twinstead Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 40m south east of its junction with Lorkins Lane for a distance of approximately 170m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20151102 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Twinstead Road, Oak Road, Clay Hills, The Street, Hill House Road, Cross End, Cripple Corner and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 9th December 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Collins Road, Little Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Collins Road, Little Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Sudbury Road for a distance of approximately 150m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30093981698 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Sudbury Road, Catley Cross, Twinstead Road, Oak Road, Collins Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kings Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Kings Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A120 (Coggeshall Road) to the junctions with Rectory Road/The Street a distance of approximately 2535m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320449 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via A120, Coggeshall Road, Marks Roundabout, A120 J A131/b1256 Roundabout, Braintree Bypass-A131, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, High Garrett, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Boumebridge Hill, Braintree Road, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Head Street, Colchester Road, Greenstead Hall Road, Church Road, Grange Hill, Stisted Road, Brook Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Woodhouse Farm Road, Greenstead Green Road, Back Lane, The Street, Kings Lane and vice versa.

(Mill Chase, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Mill Chase, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Head Street for a distance of approximately 140m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th December 2021 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA18000000803 - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Head Street, Hedingham Road, Mill Chase and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Prayors Hill, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Prayors Hill, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 175m north west of its junction with Wethersfield Road tor a distance of approximately 190m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010651564 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Carters Road, Morris Green Road, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Prayors Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(White House Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of White House Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kentish Farm Road to its junction with Madgements Road a distance of approximately 680m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 tor 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320847 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Kentish Farm Road, Bouftwood Farm Road, Rayne Hatch Lane, High Bam Hall Road, Plaistow Green, Moat Farm Road, Moat Road, Kerami Lane, Priors Green, Madgements Road, Lordsland Lane, White House Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
