Construction of single storey rear extension, installation of new extract flue, alterations to fenestration, removal and replacement of existing chimney stack and associated external works following grant of application 21/0464/LBC (Application for Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.

(Application for Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.
21/1924/VOC/MSA: Site of Former Caldecote Farm, Caldecote Lane, Bushey. Application for variation of Condition 15 to allow for alterations to layout of dwellings following grant of planning permission 17/1496/VOC and 16/0160/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
