(Church Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 165m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00824300191AA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Blacksmiths Lane, The Street, Witham Road, Blue Mills Hill, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(London Road, Chelmsford & Herbage Park Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of London Road, Chelmsford & Herbage Park Road, Woodham Walter in the City of Chelmsford and District of Maldon from the junction with Runsell Lane for a distance of approximately 1915m in a north easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS010001 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Winstree Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2021 for 1 night (19:00-23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R058705507/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Station Road, Western Road, Dunkirk Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Batts Road, Steeple) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Batts Road, Steeple in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 635m south of its junction with Bradwell Road for a distance of approximately 460m in a southerly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA72435302 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Batts Road, Foxhall Road, Highlands Hill, Green Lane, Grange Avenue, Steeple road, Maldon Road, The Street, Batts Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Reddings Lane, Tillingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Reddings Lane, Tillingham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Tillingham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS9466101 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Reddings Lane, Brook Road, North Street, South Street, Southminster Road, Tillingham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
