(Byndes Comer, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Byndes Comer, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Colne Road for a distance of approximately 195m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS218653A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Byndes Corner, Pebmarsh Road, Sudbury Road, Collins Road, Oak Road, Birchleys Road, Levitts Corner and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 170m south of its junction with Rectory Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157331624 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while interim to permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Street, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Alexandra Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Madgements Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Madgements Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with White House Road to its junction with Lordsland Lane a distance of approximately 670m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT016-E-HHGABE -Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, The Street, Back Lane, Greenstead Green Road, Tumblers Green, Priors Green, Madgements Road, Lordsland Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Letches Lane to its junction with Waters Way a distance of approximately 665m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305581 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue, Letches Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Park Road, Wickham St. Paul) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Road, Wickham St. Paul in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 505m south east of its junction with Old Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC7LCT1P001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach.

The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stambourne Road, Great Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Stambourne Road, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 205m north west of its junction with Ridgewell Road for a distance of approximately 225m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS17281201 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.

The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Toldish Hall Road/Lucking Street, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 40m east of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in an easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Lucking Street, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Toldish Hall Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 13th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03156288197 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while interim to permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Oak Road, Gestingthorpe Road, Little Maplestead Road, Hedingham Road, Moat Street, Great Maplestead Road, Monks Lodge Road, Church Street, Toldish Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road, Little Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of School Road, Little Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Sudbury Road to its junction with Oak Road a distance of approximately 660m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311541 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Deans Hall Road, Sudbury Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 10th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 255m south west of its junction with Prayors Hill for a distance of approximately 225m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th June 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158808009 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while chamber renewal works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Wethersfield Road, Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Hedingham Road, The Street, Gosfield Road, High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, Church Lane, Church Lane Roundabout, Deanery Hill, Panfield Road, Water Lane, Church End, High Street, Hudsons Hill, Almshouse Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 10th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
