(B1389 Hatfield Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: The prohibition of entry will apply on the south-westbound carriageway of the B1389 Hatfield Road, Witham at a point approximately 16.7 metres north-east from the eastern kerb line of the A12 slip road.
The prohibition of entry is scheduled to commence on 10/05/2021 to 10/10/2022 and is required for the safety of the public to reinforce to drivers exiting the Co-Op Petrol Station that they must not travel north-east along this length of B1389 Hatfield Road, Witham. The Order will come into effect on 10/05/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 59, Felsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 59, Felsted in the District of UtrJesford, from its northern junction with Footpath 60 Felsted, to the footbridge at Felsted Mill (a distance of approximately 168m).
The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/05/2021 to 06/11/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while necessary revetment works to the bank of River Chelmer due to erosion are undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 07/05/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Avenue Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Avenue Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Newland Street a distance of approximately 450m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st June 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305580 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Avenue, Newland Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Century Drive, Braintree) (Temporary Introduction of Banned Right Turn) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No right turn' from Century Drive, Braintree in the District of Braintree into Millennium Way. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th May 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2303503 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signs and bollard replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Millennium Way, Chapel Hill roundabout and back down Millennium way.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Codhams Lane, Shalford/Codham Mill Lane, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Codhams Lane, Shalford/Codham Mill Lane, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Braintree Road to the junction with Lones Hole Lane a distance of approximately 420m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st June 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC3HD45V001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Water Lane, Panfield Road, Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Church Street, Bovingdon Road, Beazley End, Codham Mill Lane, Codhams Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Flacks Green, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Flacks Green, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Doms Lane to its other junction with Doms Lane a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2021 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA120GCECCTNA03113 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Flacks Green, Terling Hall Road, Rolls Farm Lane, Waltham Road, Oakfield Lane, Gambles Green and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Willoughbys Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Willoughbys Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lyons Hall Road to its junction with Sunnyfields Road a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd May 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT023-W-HHGABE -Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett, Sunnyfields Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
