Proposed development at: Lakes Farm, Rayne, Braintree, Essex CM77 6TE. Take notice that application is being made by: Strutt & Parker. Applicant name Mr and Mrs P R Mortier. For planning permission to: Erection of a replacement building and use for Use Class E(g) and Use Class B8 (storage and distribution). Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB.
