THE BOROUGH OF CASTLE POINT (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (GENERAL) ORDER 2013 ("ORDER")
NOTICE OF VARIATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Castle Point Borough Council. In accordance with Sections 32, 35 and 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("2004 Act"), and all Regulations and Orders made in exercise of the powers conferred by the 2004 Act intend to revise the charges in the Order the effect of which is to regulate off street parking of vehicles. These revised charges comes into effect on 5 April 2021.
