Notice is hereby given
that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of roads (Land East of Sudbury Road), Halstead in the District of Braintree:

Clark Field
From its junction with Hall Chase for its entire remaining length including any side roads or turning heads.
French Close
From its junction with Reynolds Drive for its entire remaining length including any turning heads.
Hall Chase
From its junction with Winston Way for its entire length remaining including any side roads or turning heads
Lee Close
From its junction with Reynolds Drive for its entire remaining length including any turning heads.
Reed Meadow
From its junction with Hall Chase for its entire remaining length including any side roads or turning heads.
Reynolds Drive
From its junction with Hall Chase and Winston Way for its entire remaining length including any side roads or turning heads
Smith Gardens
From its junction with Reynolds Drive for its entire remaining length including any turning heads.
Steed Croft
From its junction with Hall Chase for its entire remaining length including any turning heads.
Tylneys Road
From a point approximately 83.3 metres north east of its junction with Churchill Avenue to its junction with Reynolds Drive.
Winston Way
From a point approximately 32.3 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of Churchill Avenue, north east to its junction with Hall Chase and Reynolds Drive, inclusive of full length of Winston Way cul-de-sac.
Wright Grove
From its junction with Hall Chase for its entire remaining length including any side roads or turning heads.

(Various Roads (Mill Lane Development), Crossing) (20mph Zone) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of road, Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree.

From a point approximately 5 metres north east of its junction with Mill lane, north east the south east, then north for a distance of approximately 312 metres
Sutton Park
For its entire length, south west for a distance of approximately 81 metres
Moss End
For its entire length, south east, then north and south, for a distance of approximately 93 metres
Howlett Place
For its entire length, south east, for a distance of approximately 51 metres
Halls Grove
For its entire length, south east, then north-east and south-west, for a distance of approximately 145 metres

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Back Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 120m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30053912735 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via The Street, Back Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lamb Lane, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Lamb Lane, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 330m east of its junction with Harrow Cross Road for a distance of approximately 230m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS80370 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Lamb Lane, Innham Hill, Horn Hill, Southey Green, Starlings Hill, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, Queen Street, Potter Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tidings Hill, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this nonce, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tidings Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ronald Road to its junction with Brewery Drive a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15tti February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001001633 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Tidings Hill, Kings Road, Parsonage Street, Mallows Field, Colchester Road, Head Street, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tilbury Road, Ovington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tilbury Road, Ovington in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 200m south east of its junction with Ashen Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBHRJ95H001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Tilbury Road, Clare Road, Ovington Road, Belchamp Road, Knowl Green, Gages Road, Cole Green, Bakers Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Claud Ince Avenue, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Claud Ince Avenue, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Jeffreys Road a distance of approximately 325m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298988A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Jeffreys Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hedingham Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hedingham Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mill Chase for a distance of approximately 160m in a southerly direction to where the road becomes Market Hill. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2021 for 3 nights (19:30 -05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297345 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Halstead Road - A1124, Halstead Road, Braintree Road, The Street, Gosfield Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Market Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Parkhall Road, Gosfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Parkhall Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 2065m north east of its junction with Beazley End for a distance of approximately 50m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010606619 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Parkhall Road, Church Road, The Street, Beazley End, Blackmore End, Pattens Farm Road, Hedingham Road, Toppesfield Road, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.2) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that tile Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that tile Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in trie schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 15th January 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.
The Order came into effect on 15th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157982199/FH1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fire hydrant repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Almshouse Green, Wethersfield Road, Hedingham Road, Hudsons Hill, High Street, The Green, Braintree Road, The Street, Church End, Panfield Road, Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Broad Road, Convent Hill, Broad Road Roundabout, High Garrett, Gosfield Road, Queen Street, Potter Street, Swan Street, Rectory Road, Prayors Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
