(Carters Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Carters Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 260m south east of its junction with Moms Green Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03058019440 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Carters Road, Bar Hall Road, Blois Hall Road, Delvin End, Graves Hall Road, High Street Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Elms Hall Road, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Elms Hall Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 155m south east of its junction with Goldingtons Farm Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157845402/01 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Elms Hall Road, Goldingtons Farm Road, Halstead Road, Brook Street, Station Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 260m north west of its junction with Letches Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158015562 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Plaistow Green Road, Plaistow Green, Letches Lane and vice versa. (Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from both of its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157605148/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Toldish Hall Road, Lucking Street, Church Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.35) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 11th December 2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 11th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hulls Mill Lane, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 505m north east of its junction with Halstead Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457745322 - Anglian Water).
