that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 30mph on the following lengths of mads Layer Road, Abberton in the Borough of Colchester:
Road Description
Layer Road From a point approximately 150 metres southeast of its junction with Rectory Lane, in a northwest direction for a length of approximately 185 metres.
Rectory Lane From its junction with Layer Road in a northwest direction for its entire length.

Effect of the order: 1) To formalise the existing 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Braiswick Estate), Myland in the Borough of Colchester (purely a paper exercise, no changes on the ground):

Notice is hereby given under Section S90C of the Highways Act 1980 that Essex County Council will construct two Speed Cushions under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 on the following length of Tufnell Way (Braiswick Estate), Myland in the Borough of Colchester: 2 Speed Cushions - Height of Speed Cushion to be 0.075m with a gradient of 1:8

Tufnell Way 1. From a point approximately 7.5 west of the western boundary of no.21 Tufnell Way, west for approximately 3.6 metres. Outside property number 23.
2. From a point approximately 3.5m west of boundary of the western boundary of no.43 Tufnell Way, west for approximately 3.6 metres. Outside property number 45.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 30th October 2020.
