(Segregated Footway/Cycleway at Malyon Close, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Segregated Footway/Cycleway at Malyon Close in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Malyon Close to its junction with B1256 Rayne Road.

The closure is scheduled to commence on the 22/06/2020 to 28/06/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install a new gas connection is undertaken. The alternative route will be via Malyon Close, Chadwick Drive, B1256 Rayne Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22/06/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Elizabeth Avenue, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elizabeth Avenue, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Maltings Lane to its junction with Pelly Avenue, a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29/06/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2293742 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Maltings Lane, Maldon Road, Laurence Avenue, Elizabeth Avenue and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Garnetts Lane, Felsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Garnetts Lane, Felsted in the District of Uttlesford, from its junction with Chaffix to its junction with School Lane, a distance of approximately 295m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29/06/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBJPTT1C001 -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. The Order will come into effect on 18/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Parkgate Road, Silver End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parkgate Road, Silver End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Western Road for a distance of approximately 820m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/06/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2296729 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (White House Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of White House Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 345m northwest of its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/07/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005OP1W00000PTMS125051 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole examination works are undertaken by BT.

(Brick Kiln Lane, Stebbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brick Kiln Lane, Stebbing in the District of Uttlesford, from its junction with Clay Lane west for a distance of approximately 195m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/06/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034838750 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Polecat Road to its junction with Shardloes Lane, a distance of approximately 75m. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Terling Hall Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 375m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/06/2020 for 2 nights, (22:00 - 06:00) or where stated on a valid permit (KL721LTN1-35-02-050520

- Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while camera systems installation works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.



An alternative route is available via Terling Hall Road, Flacks Green, Church Road, The Street, New Road, Hatfield Road, Terling Road, Station Road, Station Terrace, London Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 04/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
