(Breakmoor Hill, Middleton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Breakmoor Hill, Middleton in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Stonehouse Farm Road to its junction with Rectory Road a distance of approximately 675m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2284291 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Breakmoor Hill, Stonehouse Farm Road, Lower Road, Rectory Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Oak Road, Little Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Little Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bennetts Road for a distance of approximately 300m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/06/2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000PTMS9050601 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Deans Hall Road, Sudbury Road, Park Road, Catley Cross, Long Gardens, Sudbury Road, Bulmer Tye, Hedingham Road, Broad Road, Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stonehouse Farm Road, Great Henny) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stonehouse Farm Road, Great Henny in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lower Road for a distance of approximately 720m in a westerly then northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2284287 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Breakmoor Hill, Rectory Road, Lower Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
