District of Braintree Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Notice of Confirmation of an Order Footpath 19 Halstead The above Order, confirmed on 21st February, 2020 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert a part length of public Footpath 19 in the Parish of Halstead as shown on the Order Map contained in this Order.

The above Order, confirmed on 21st February, 2020 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert a part length of public Footpath 19 in the Parish of Halstead as shown on the Order Map contained in this Order.

The effect of the Order will be to divert a part length of Footpath 19 Halstead commencing from grid reference 58226,23122 to the east of Winston Way running in a north easterly direction across the field for a distance of 118 metres to grid reference 58231,23134 then continuing in an east south easterly direction across the field for a further distance of 22 metres to grid reference 58233,23133 then in a north easterly direction across the field for a final distance of 55 metres to reference 58235,23139 to the Parish boundary to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in a north easterly direction on the eastern side of the hedge line for a total distance of 177 metres to the same above point at the parish boundary where it continues unaffected.

A copy of the above Order and the Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Braintree District Council Offices at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree CM7 9HB during normal working hours. Copies of Orders and Order maps are available on request from the County Hall at a charge.

The new path will come into effect on 25th May 2020 but if any person aggrieved by an order, wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice, make an application to the High Court. (Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 180m east of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03056895540 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Burtons Green Road, Parley Beams Road, Crocklands Corner, Crocklands, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13/03/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Harvey Street, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Harvey Street, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mallows Field for a distance of approximately 55m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01456874160-Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water

An alternative route is available via Mallows Field, Parsonage Street, Gardeners Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13/03/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Blois Hall Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blois Hall Road, Sible Hedingham in

the District of Braintree, from its junction with Delvin End to its junction with Bar Hall Road,

a distance of approximately 780m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for

3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286763 - Essex County Council). The

scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed

on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while

fencing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Bar Hall Road, Delvin End and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 28/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until

the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mitchell Avenue, Halstead) (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting' restriction on both sides of carriageway in that length of Mitchell Avenue, Halstead from a point approximately 50m south of its junction with Park Drive to a point approximately 50m northeast of its junction with Park Drive, a total distance of approximately 100m. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27/02/20,

exact dates will be specified on one.network.
