(Englands Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

(Englands Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Englands Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 160m east of its junction with Lower Road for adistance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10/02/20 for 5days, or where stated on avalid permit (MU303000031380616-001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe laying works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Goldings Road, Goldings Hill, Lower Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Warren Court, Chigwell) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Warren Court, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest from its junction with Manor Road for adistance of approximately 65m in anorthwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/02/20 for 25 days, or where stated on avalid permit (AZ0071000892760 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Warren Court, Mount Pleasant Road, Manor Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Banks Lane, Theydon Garnon) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Banks Lane, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mount Road for adistance of approximately 950m in anortheasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/01/20 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit (BC005CC1W0ONEA5703099201 -BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road, Colemans Farm Lane, Epping Lane, London Road, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, St James Avenue, Coopers Hill, The Borough, Greensted Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane, School Road, Epping Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic &Clearway &TemporaryIntroduction of 30/40mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. Atemporary'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily introduce a30/40mph speed limit in the lengths of road in the schedule. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'NoWaiting atAnyTime' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 30/01/20, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
