Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 Essex County Council Public Path Diversion Order 2020 Footpath 3 And Footpath 4 Stow Maries The above order, made on 10th January 2020 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 3 Stow Maries of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point located on the grass track to the north of the property All Saints running in a south westerly then north westerly direction across three gardens for a total distance of 138 metres to a point on the grass track to the north of the property Peartree Cottage, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing from the same starting point running in a west south westerly direction along a grass track for a distance of 120 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected.

The above order, made on 10th January 2020 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 3 Stow Maries of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point located on the grass track to the north of the property All Saints running in a south westerly then north westerly direction across three gardens for a total distance of 138 metres to a point on the grass track to the north of the property Peartree Cottage, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing from the same starting point running in a west south westerly direction along a grass track for a distance of 120 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected.

The same order will also divert a part length of Footpath 4 Stow Maries of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point located on the eastern boundary of the property Ponds Lodge running in a north westerly direction across two gardens for a total distance of 130 metres to a point on the grass track to the north of the property All Saints, to an alternative route 2 metres in width commencing from the same start point running in a northerly direction along the edge of a garden, over a new footbridge onto a field edge and then in a westerly direction along a grass track for a total distance of 164 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Roy Read, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 20 February 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Blue Mill Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blue Mill Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 95m west of its junction with Hop Garden Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/02/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034830798 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Blue Mill Lane, Hoe Mill Road, Manor Road, Hop Garden Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 30/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Beckingham Street, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beckingham Street, Little Totham in the District of Maldon from its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/01/20 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153053115 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage improvement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Beckingham Street, Mill Lane, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Beckingham Road, Church Street, South Street, North Street, Kelvedon Road, Oxley Hill, D'arcy Road, Factory Hill, Church Road, Maldon Road, Loamy Hill Road, The Street, School Road, The Green and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 16/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
