(Footpath 29, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 29, Finchingfield in the District
of Braintree, for the entire length of footbridge over the river.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/11/2019 to 22/11/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to replace the footbridge are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Footpath 38, Great Bardfield, private access road leading to the Champions (located north of the closure), Footpath 29, Finchingfield and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18/11/2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chatham Green, Little Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Chatham Green, Little Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, 250m south ofWhitbread Farm Lane for approximately 15m south. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/11/2019 to 29/11/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while foul sewer connection, relating to a section 50 S50-1388 is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Chatham Green, Whitbreads Farm Lane, A131, Chatham Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Station Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 140m east of its junction with Langford Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/11/2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBYK3AKX05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Langford Road, Witham Road, Maldon Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Fullbridge Roundabout, The Causeway, Heybridge Street Roundabout, The Square, The Street, Colchester Road, Broad Street Green Road, Prince Of Wales Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 07/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ridings Avenue, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ridings Avenue, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Grantham Avenue to its junction with Carpenters Drive roundabout, a distance of approximately 120m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/12/2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286972 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing gully cover and frame works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Grantham Avenue, Cuckoo Way, Hidcote Way, Ridings Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chess Lane, Witham) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting' restriction in that length of Chess Lane, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Newland Street for a distance of approximately 85m in a southeasterly direction. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The temporary 'No Waiting' is scheduled to commence on 02/12/2019 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2280287 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The temporary'No Waiting' is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pavement reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 21/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
