Revocation of Supplementary Planning Documents Regulation 15 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
Notice is hereby given that Maldon District Council revoked the following Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) linked to the former Replacement Local Plan on 12 September 2019: • Developer Contributions Guide 2005 • Children’s Play Space 2006 • Accessibility to Buildings 2006 • Sadd’s Wharf 2007 • Heybridge Basin Timber Yard 2007 As required under Regulation 15, following the revocation of the above Supplementary Planning Documents, all physical and digital copies of the documents have been removed from the Council Offices and the Council’s website.
