(Segregated Footway/Cycleway at Malyon Close, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Segregated Footway/Cycleway at Malyon Close in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Malyon Close to its junction with B1256 Rayne Road.

The closure is scheduled to commence on the 30/09/19 to 07/10/19 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install a new gas connection is undertaken. The alternative route will be via Malyon Close, Chadwick Drive, B1256 Rayne Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 30/09/19 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(White House Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of White House Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Madgements Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/09/19 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CR4W0000LUXCV543155 -BT). An alternative route is available via Woolmer Green Road, Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Braintree Bypass -A131, Marks Roundabout, A120 J A131/ b1256 Roundabout, Coggeshall Road, A120 From J A131/b1256 To J B1024 North Of Coggeshall, Kings Lane, Rectory Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19/0919 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Plums Lane, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plums Lane, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 145m east of its junction with Elms Farm Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northeasterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Terling Hall Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 130m in a northerly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Carters HIll for a distance of approximately 50m in a northwesterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wheelers Hill, Little Waltham in the City of Chelmsford from its junction with Cranham Road to its junction with Leighs Road for a distance of approximately 305m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/09/19 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00WAKT445J04 - BT). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Hornells Corner, Little Leighs in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Felsted Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a northeasterly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Littley Green Road, Little Leighs in City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Felsted Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a westerly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 110m northeast of its junction with Vicarage Avenue for a distance of approximately 400m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/10/19 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034803168- UK Power Networks).
