(Various Roads, District of Rochford/Borough of Basildon) (Combined Speed Limit) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2) and 83(2) and 84(1) and (2) and Parts III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To extend the existing Restricted Road status (30MPH speed limit by virtue of street lighting) on A129 London Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 15 metres west of its junction with Little Wheatley Chase, west for a distance of approximately 44 metres (the road is currently



40MPH).

2. To extend the existing 40MPH speed limit on A129 London Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 39 metres north west of its junction with Old London Road, north west for a distance of approximately 200 metres (the road is currently national speed limit).



'The Essex County Council (A129) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2002', 'The Essex County Council (A129) (De-restriction) Order 2002', 'The Essex County Council (A128 London Road, Rawreth & Rayleigh) (Restricted Road & 40MPH Speed Limit) Order 2014' and 'The Essex County Council (Rawreth Lane, Rawreth) (Speed Limit) Order 2008' are hereby revoked. Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 of'The Essex County Council (Rochford District) Speed Restrictions) (No2) Order 2005' are hereby part revoked. The restriction will continue in force by virtue of the new order.

(Various Roads, Ashingdon/Canewdon) (Combined Speed Limit) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81,82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To extend the existing 40MPH Speed limit on Canewdon Road, Ashingdon/ Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 730 metres east from its junction with north eastern kerb-line of Ashingdon Road generally east to a point approximately 109 metres west of the western kerb-line of Sycamore Way (this will encompass Lark Hill Road and part of Anchor Lane).

'The Essex County Council (Ashingdon Road & Fambridge Road, Ashingdon) (Restricted Road & 40MPH Speed Limit) Order 2013' is hereby revoked. All restrictions contained within the aforementioned order will remain in force by virtue of this order.

Schedule 1 of 'The Essex County Council (Rochford District) Speed Restrictions) (No. 2) Order 2005' is hereby revoked insofar as it relates to the Restricted Road restrictions in the Parish of Ashingdon and Canewdon, Schedule 2 is hereby revoked and Schedule 3 is hereby revoked insofar as it relates to 40MPH in the Parish of Ashingdon Only all other restrictions will remain in force.

(Weir Pond Road, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weir Pond Road, Rochford, from a point 10 metres east of its junction with North Street, for a distance of approximately 10 metres east. To temporary suspend the one-way restriction on Weir Pond Road, as detailed in The County Council of Essex (Various Street, Rochford) (one-way) Order 1968. All other restriction contained in this order shall remain in force.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install a new foul sewer connection is undertaken. Diversion via: Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road, Stambridge Road, East Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 06/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Olive Avenue, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Olive Avenue, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with Ormonde Gardens for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction.



2. To temporarily introduce a 'no waiting' restriction in that length of Olive Avenue, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with Ormonde Gardens for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. "The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in that length of road only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

(Horace Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Horace Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 30m southeast of its junction with Stock Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/10/19 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034822286 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of South Hanningfield Road, South Hanningfield in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Hawkswood Road to its junction with Giffords Lane, a distance approximately 1075m. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Fryerns in the Borough of Basildon, from both junctions with Broadmayne to the junction with Methersgate, a distance of approximately 80m. (The Fremnells, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Fremnells, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from both junctions with Broadmayne to its junction with Pattiswick Square, a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/10/19 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201BR1069-1 - Essex County Council). (Daws Heath Road & Fairmead Avenue, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Western Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a northeasterly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Fairmead Avenue, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Daws Heath Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lincoln Road, Fryerns in the Borough of Basildon, from the exit slip from Broadmayne (Eastbound) for a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction.
