(Footpath 25, Great Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

Further to the notice published on 12/07/19, notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 25, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Footpath 24 in a south then westerly direction for a distance of approximately 600m, to its junction with A1017 Poole Street. The closure is scheduled to continue for an additional 6 months from the date specified below, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to the deterioration of Potters Hall Bridge. The Order will come into effect on 27/07/19 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 26/07/19
