Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received additional information from A W and G W Day Ltd and Tarset Farms pursuant to the planning application for the construction of an agricultural reservoir involving the extraction, processing and exportation of sand and gravel and soils; the erection and use of an on-site processing plant with ancillary facilities; and highway and access improvements at land at Sheepcotes Farm, Sheepcotes Lane, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, CM3 3LU. Together with the construction of an associated irrigation pipeline to the site from the proposed abstraction point (River Chelmer at Langleys, Great Waltham) -Application reference: ESS/01/18/CHL
The additional information relates to an updated Transport Statement and changes to the site access arrangements.
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Essex Minerals Local Plan (2014) and/or Chelmsford City Council Core Strategy and Development Control Policies (2008) as amended by the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Focused Review (2013) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Mill Road, Stock & Furze Lane, Stock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Stock in the City of Chelmsford from its junction with Downham Road for a distance of approximately 580m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Furze Lane, Stock in the City of Chelmsford from its junction with Mill Road for a distance of approximately 10m in a southerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 26th June 2019 for 38 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0133280344 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk
An alternative route is available via Mill Road, High Street, Stock Road, Downham Road and vice versa or Furze Lane, Whites Hill and then join other diversion.
The Order came into effect on 6th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Moor Hall Lane, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moor Hall Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Bicknacre Road for a distance of approximately 250m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034818661 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telegraph pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Bicknacre Road, Main Road, Priory Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
