This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TL820 150 to revision 6, TL820 147 to revision 5, TL855 285 to revision 3, TL755 222 to revision 2, TL865 187 to revision 3, TL870 195 to revision 2, TL870 192 to revision 2 and by inserting new tile number TL855 335. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on July 8th 2019.

(Rose Hill, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rose Hill, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 45m south of its junction with The Yard a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st June 2019 for 2 days and again on 8th June 2019 for 2 days (two weekends only), or where stated on a valid permit

(KL721BRA-18-12-010619 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The

scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement of loose bolts and install new timber decking works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Rose Hill, South Street, Notley Road, Masefield Road, Challis Lane, Skitts Hill, Mill Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Link Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Link Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1W00HTFLVRLPCV-ES - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Ulting Road, The Green, Maldon Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 23rd May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 310m west of its junctions with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 45m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th June 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL701BRA-19-73-230519 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while culvert examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Bulford Mill Lane, Mill Lane, Witham Road, Station Road, The Street, The Green, Bulford Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
