A 17-year-old died in hospital after being found stabbed in Colchester
Detectives have launched a murder investigation after a teenager was stabbed to death in Essex.
Officers were called to reports that a 17-year-old boy had been stabbed during a disturbance outside a house in Marlowe Way, Colchester, at around 10pm on Saturday.
He was taken to Colchester General Hospital with abdominal injuries but died shortly after arriving, Essex Police said.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident and are being questioned at a north Essex police station.
