A farm worker has died after becoming trapped in a hay baler.
The 61-year-old man was operating the machine alone at a farm in Sharpley Heath, near Hilderstone, Staffordshire, when the accident happened at 5.15pm on Friday.
Paramedics were called to High Forest Farm and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Staffordshire Police and the Health and Safety Executive are investigating the death.
