I had no idea that money I paid to the council to be used for services is invested in this manner, and I am shocked - no doubt I am not alone. While this appears to be common practice, it does not detract from the fact that the council seems to have lost my money, and it cannot guarantee that services won't be cut or costs won't rise as a result - meaning we will in effect end up paying for the same services twice over. − deegee, Braintree

It is time for the rugby club to be given a human right to protect their property. The police,I am sure, will help them to get citizens arrests on anybody causing damage. It is time that the persons causing this damage are made to pay for any damage caused. Further, they should then be matched against the rugby club in a game.
