Braintree BMX Club riders travelled north to Mansfield on Sunday to take part in a combined regional with the Midlands.
A total of 23 riders from Braintree made up the 243 contingent that competed.
In the youngest expert group of six and under riders, Braintree's Tom Stokes and Sydney Allen both had excellent moto results.
They went into the A final with ease, with Stokes crossing the line in third and Allen finishing sixth - his first A final qualification at this level.
In the male nine class George Moret rode well in this grand prix class, finishing fifth overall.
The male tens class saw excellent results for Lee Golder, who finished the day unbeaten all day.
Not far behind was Shane Pavitt who finished fourth and Jonathan Boreham, who was sixth.
The male 12 class saw Taylor Andrews take a win in one of his motos, finishing fourth in the main final.
In the expert 14s, newcomer Dexter Addington rode well and finished fifth in the B final.
Braintree riders dominated the male 15s, with Will Elsey unbeaten in all races, including his semi-final and final.
Not far behind him was Richard Whiting, who was on a winning streak until he crashed in his third moto.
However, he came through in his semi-final and finished fourth in the A.
On his tail were Riess Harper who crossed the line in sixth and Sam Aves, who was eighth.
In the B final were Leon Dixon who finished third and Oliver Cutmore in seventh.
The very large class of 17+ riders went to the semi-finals but the three Braintree riders, Bradley Watts, Matt Kirk and Julian Allen, missed out on the C final.
In the Masters (30+), Gavin Stokes made his mark and finished in sixth.
The cruiser classes saw Oliver Cutmore riding 13-15 which was combined, with the 16-29 class.
He finished fourth in the B final but first in his age group.
In the 30+ cruiser class, Stu Dixon went into the B final finishing fourth.
In the female classes, Paige Elvin rode the 10-12 class and recorded some fantastic results.
She took a win in one of her motos and finished second overall.
Further down the pack was Kelsey Dixon who finished seventh, while Natalie Miller rode in the 13+ grand prix class and finished sixth.
Most of the riders will be in Mansfield again this weekend for the next two rounds of the national series.
That is followed by the next regional round hosted by Braintree BMX Club on Sunday May 25.
