Members of Braintree Shotokan Karate Club took part in the Seni 08 Classic at the Excel Centre in London.
Dominic Maleary won silver in the Kata competition, as did Joe Johnson in the senior team, along with a bronze in the junior team.
Hannah Baker won gold and a bronze in the individual fighting and silver in the senior team, while Akan Eka won gold in the senior individual fighting and silver in the senior team.
Matthew Baggs took silver in the individual fighting, Jack Parrish won silver in the individual fighting and a bronze in the junior team, James Pettit won a bronze in the junior team and Nathan Parrish claimed a bronze in the individual fighting.
Hannah Constantinou took gold while her twin Antonia won bronze in the individual fighting.
In the individual fighting events, Millie Hughes picked up gold, Shannon Watts silver and Ellie Wright won bronze.
Sam Ismay, Joshua Andrews, Drew McConville and Hannah West all fought extremely well.
Braintree Shotokan meets every Tuesday and Thursday at Notley High School.
