A SUPERB all round performance by Aythorpe Roding's Jack Stevens saw his team win by seven wickets at Writtle in T Rippon Mid-Essex League division one.
His three wickets were followed up by an innings of 130 not out as Aythorpe completed only their second run chase of the season.

Stevens and opening partner Richard Eaton put on 38 runs for the first wicket, but while Stevens pressed on, partners fell at the other end and Aythorpe were 76 for three when Paul Gravatt came to the crease.
This pair put on a fourth-wicket stand of 158 in 25 overs as Gravatt finished on 59 not out with and Stevens on 130 not out as Aythorpe Roding reached their target in the 40th over with three wickets down.
After two away games, Aythorpe Roding entertain Stock on Saturday (1pm start).
