VICKY Hunt continued her tremendous form by finishing as the second woman home at the Stebbing ten-mile race.

The race preparation started with a Remembrance service round the Stebbing war memorial, before runners lined up ready for the start.

Conditions were conducive to personal bests (PBs) with seven new ones logged from among the 22 Witham runners.

Heydon Mizon was the club's first man home in a new PB of one hour one minute 11 seconds, while Hunt was their first lady home as she equalled her PB set at Tiptree last month in 1h 11m 12s and finished as second lady overall.

WItham's ladies team of Hunt, Clare Morrison and Anita Grainger came in second.
