A GROUP of 30 Witham Running Club members took part in the Langham two, five and ten kilometre races and brought back medals and a host of personal best times.

Amelie Taylor represented the club in the 2km event, finishing in a time of 10 minutes 22 seconds as the second finisher in the F7 category.

In the 5km race, Graham Eyre was first M60 home with a nice trophy to go with it in a time of 25m 58s, while Brigid Lager finished in 32m 45s.

Heydon was Witham's first man home in the 10km event in a time of 39m 16s despite having a cold, while GB triathlete Liz Stuckey was the club's first lady home and picked up a trophy for first F40 with a PB of 43m 6s.

RESULTS: 2k Race: 32 Amelie Taylor 10m 22.3s (2nd F7 finisher).

5km Race: 35 Graham Eyre 23m 58.1s (1st M60), 75 Brigid Lager 32m 45.0s.
