They were up against strong teams from Holland, Germany and Greece at the Copper Box Arena in the Olympic Park at Stratford, but claimed seven gold medals, nine silver and 14 bronze.

Yong Gi Do took 15 medals in the forms competition, including gold in the under-nines, under-11s, under-16s black belt and senior open weapons as well as the team silver in which the club’s team of second gups were only beaten by the Greek ladies’ black belt team.
