Witham Town moved up to 16th in the Ryman League premier division with their second away win of the season at Leatherhead.
Garry Kimble's team bounced back from their 3-1 defeat at home by leaders Maidstone United in midweek with a 2-1 win on the road.
They opened their account thanks to a strike from Ryan Blackman in the 19th minute as he fired home from Tom Wraight's cross and doubled their lead six minutes later when Kurt Smith found the target.
The hosts did halve the deficit before half-time, but there was to be no comeback and Witham held on to their advantage for a valuable three away points.
