Halstead Town finished sixth in division one after thrashing Stowmarket Town 4-0.
Stowmarket were reduced to ten men after 40 minutes when Gareth Ward was red-carded for a foul on Tom Austin and Town took full advantage to finish the season in style. Despite being without a host of players, Halstead opened well and had taken the lead after 18 minutes.
Dean Pleasance brought down Danny Rochester and Austin's free-kick was headed in by skipper Steve Daly at the far post.
Stowmarket's only real effort on goal came from defender Jamie Sharpe, who fired into the side-netting.
struck Halstead struck again immediately after the break when Phil Battell and on-loan Colchester United youngster Perry Sansford combined to free Rochester.
He found Lou Harper, who beat two defenders and drove the ball home.
Halstead scored again with 12 minutes to go when Daly crashed home the third after a neat Sansford lay-off.
And the compliment was returned in the final minute when Daly nodded a cross back to give Sansford his first senior goal.
