Halstead Town will attempt to keep their last hopes of winning silverware this season alive tonight.
Jody Brown's side travel to play Ridgeons League premier division outfit Leiston in the East Anglian Cup semi-final, hoping to spring an upset in the competition.
Town are still recovering from the double blow of missing out on promotion and losing the First Division Knockout Cup Final to Ely City on penalties.
However, Brown is keen to see his side shrug off their disappointments and lift themselves for their semi-final clash.
He said: "We have nothing to lose and I'll be telling the players that before the game.
"I am desperate to have something on paper that we've achieved this year.
"I know that we've achieved something in the fact that we've made a lot of progress and grown as a squad.
"But it would be good to have something concrete to show for our efforts."
Halstead have a number of players missing because of injury.
John Pollard is rated as only 50-50 to play because of a hamstring injury.
However, Danny Rochester is expected to return from a shoulder problem to play a part in the game.
