Halstead Town head into their penultimate match of the season tomorrow with promotion still a realistic possibility.
Town travel to play Great Yarmouth Town with the prospect of playing Ridgeons League premier division football again next season still on the cards.
However, even if they beat Great Yarmouth Town and win their final game of the campaign against Stowmarket Town on May 3, they will still have to rely on other results to go their way.
Halstead currently lie sixth in the division one table.
They are a single point behind Hadleigh United, who currently occupy the third and final promotion spot in the division.
And with Tiptree United and Ely City having already sealed their elavation to the premier division in occupying the first two spots in the division, Town manager Jody Brown knows his side have it all to play for.
He said: "There are big games to come.
"We need strong characters and big hearts, because tomorrow's match is as big as they come."
Former Colchester United forward Paul Abrahams is likely to miss the trip to play Great Yarmouth Town because of a long-standing injury but defender Andy Joslin could return after missing the First Division Knockout Cup Final defeat to Ely in midweek.
