HUGE doubts surround the future of Paul Grayson as head coach of Essex Cricket Club.
Grayson has been in charge at the County Ground for the past eight seasons.

Former England wicket-keeper Paul Nixon and ex Essex batsman Grant Flower have both been mentioned as possible replacements for Grayson.
