Tom Joyner is ready for the final part of his bid to plug the only major gap in an impressive list of career achievements at the summit of world kart racing.
The race ace from Braintree can include the CIK-FIA KF class World Championship title and British title among his list, but the CIK-FIA European KF crown has so far eluded him.
However, he has a chance to set that record straight in Sweden this weekend at the final round of the 2015 championship.
The 23-year-old, who works at the Royal Mail Delivery Office in Braintree and drives for the Strakka Bhai Tech team, has headed to Kristianstad sitting second in the standings and 13 points behind championship leader Ben Hanley so knows he has work to do.
But Joyner won the final race at the previous round and will be looking to overhaul his rival.
