Amber Morris.
Amber Morris from Dunmow Kyokushinkai Karate Club earned team and individual honours as she represented England in the Severn Challenge Cup of Europe tournament at Cheshunt.
In the team event, she was in the England team that beat Switzerland and Ireland but lost against eventual winners Wales to earn second place and she also placed second in the individual event.
