Davies enjoys a convincing win in Club Championship

PAUL Davies secured a convincing win in the annual Colne Valley Club Championship.

Davies shot rounds of 73 and 78 for an 11-over-par total of 151, giving him a nine-shot victory.

James Bussell was runner-up with a total of 160, while Derek Salmon was third place with 161.
