Witham expect to face a strong Colchester United side for latest pre-season test

Witham manager Garry Kimble.
Witham Town have said they expect to be facing a strong Colchester United side in their next pre-season friendly encounter on Tuesday.
Garry Kimble's team have impressed so far during their three summer fixtures, with wins against Canvey Island and Leiston and a narrow defeat by Braintree Town, and they are now set to come up against their Essex neighbours from League One.
The game had originally been planned to be against a young U's side, but Witham have said they are now expecting the Colchester line-up to feature plenty of first-team players as the Football League side build their own pre-season preparations.
The game kicks off at Spa Road on Tuesday at 7.45pm.
Meanwhile, Braintree Town have their own pre-season fixture to concentrate on as they face Ipswich Town at the Amlin Stadium.
That game is also due to start at 7.45pm.
