Emily Easton claimed four medals as Witham Dolphins enjoyed plenty of success in Southend.

She won two golds, two silvers and a bronze at the Good Friday Open Gala, staged at Garon Park pool.

Fifteen Witham Dolphins swimmers took part in the competition.

Lauren Flight won her 100 metres backstroke event and was second in the 100m individual medley and 100m freestyle.

Hannah Flight won two medals, while Mikaela Gore swam an excellent 100m breaststroke and claimed silver in a good personal best (PB) time. Josh Fowles swam a 2.25-second PB in his 100m freestyle and claimed a silver.

He also bagged a bronze medal in the 100m individual medley.

Callum Marley won three bronze medals and swam a PB in the 100m butterfly event.

Cameron Brown, 12, won silver in the 100m breaststroke, while his nine-year-old sister Frankie also swam some excellent races in the youngest age group.

Jasmine Holland swam PBs in her 100m individual medley and breaststroke races.

Beth Bently swam her 100m IM and backstroke races in PB times, along with team-mates Meg Vaughan and Jaymee Cuthill.

Ten-year-old Annie Fynn claimed two PB times too, while Connie Slater made the top-ten in the 100m butterfly, in her first-ever Open meet.
