Onley Arms beat Bell United 1-0 after extra-time to capture the division three cup, at Halstead Town FC.
Both teams had chances early on, with Parker going close for Bell and Stacey for Onley.
Stacey and Phillips then both had efforts saved, while Dunlop’s header for Bell was headed off the line by Crowe.
The game turned into a stalemate in the second half, with both teams defending well.
Onley looked stronger and fitter in the second half.
And after the final went into extra-time, they scored the only goal of the game in the fourth minute of the first period.
Darren Camp was set free into the penalty area and he drew the keeper, before coolly sliding the ball into the net.
The Bell kept fighting and tried their hardest to get back into the game but it was not to be, as Onley took the trophy.
Bell’s Billy Andrews was awared the man-of-the-match accolade.
