Quality not quantity for Braintree swimmers

A small group from Braintree Swimming Club competed at the Essex Age Group championships, in Thurrock.

Swimmers have to gain qualifying times in their own age groups to be able to take part in the championships.

They compete in heats in their age group and the first six then progress to the finals.
