Brad Quinton has continued to press forward his plans for next season as the Braintree Town manager added two new signings to his Iron squad.
The Iron boss admitted last week that the opening weeks of his summer squad building had been frustrating as he prepared for life back in the Vanarama National League but he has now completed the additions of defender Michael Clark and winger Lyle Della-Verde.
Clark, who is 20, has joined from Leyton Orient while 23-year-old Della-Verde has come to Braintree after impressing at Dartford last year.
The signings are good news for Quinton and he has been further boosted by signing on a trio from last year’s promotion winning Iron squad.
Billy Crook and Luke Allen have signed after agreeing terms last week and Mahrez Bettache has also signed.
