Matt Fry has joined Braintree Town
Braintree Town manager Danny Cowley has told the Braintree and Witham Times how pleased he is to have made Matt Fry his second signing as Iron boss.
The 24-year-old former Charlton Athletic defender and West Ham trainee has linked up with Cowley again after several successful seasons with him at Concord Rangers and was the manager's pick as Player-of-the-Season at the Canvey club last year.
