The overall winners at the Cut Hedge Schools’ Cross-Country competition were Notley Green Primary School on their first appearance at the event.
The inter-schools event was hosted by Gosfield Primary School. In the year five and six races, there were more than 160 boys and girls competing for the Cut Hedge Trophy, but it was Notley Green who came out with the top combined score.
In the year seven and eight race, the winning team in the boys’ and girls’ categories were Felsted.
