Witham Town manager Garry Kimble is confident that he has a budget that will allow them to be competitive in Ryman League premier division next season.
The Town boss told the Times last month that he was fearful that the club wouldn’t be able to provide him with a playing budget capable of keeping them in the premier division following their promotion at the end of the last campaign.
However, Kimble now knows what he has to spend and is pleased with what the club have provided him with.
He said: “It will be tight for us with the budget, but it’s OK and I’m grateful the club have pushed out some boundaries for us.
“I’m very happy with it.
“We now know what we have got and we will deal with it."
