Witham Town have bolstered their squad ahead of tonight's Ryman League division one north game against AFC Sudbury at the Village Glass Stadium.
With a punishing schedule fo fixtures and Witham's title push still very much ongoing, boss Garry Kimble has brought in experienced midfielder Leon Fisher from division one north rivals Waltham Forest.
Assistant manager Brad King said: "We know Leon as a player and he gives us that little but of quality needed in the attacking third.
"So we welcome him to the club.
"He could have stayed at Forest as skipper but it showed his character when he walked away from that to help us fight at the top until end of season.
"He will have a big part to play as will all the boys."
