Braintree Town chairman Lee Harding has said the club is increasingly feeling the financial pinch from having home games postponed.
The Iron have been able to play just two Skrill Premier games at home since November 12 due to a waterlogged pitch and their Essex Senior Cup quarter-final against Harlow Town remains the only game that has been able to go ahead at the Amlin Stadium in 2014.
Harding said: “We have basically had no income and that’s a situation that is bound to cause problems.
"As directors, we are doing the best that we can to make up shortfalls, but we don’t have limitless pockets.”
