Last week, in the car park of the Tesco store in the Market Place, Braintree, I found property which belongs to a Mr K Riley, of Watch House Green.

The property contains personal information that could be a security risk if it came into the wrong hands, and if Mr Riley is reading this, I would be grateful if he would let me know, via the Braintree and Witham Times, what he would like me to do with this property.
